I'm Selina Thompson, founder of Forward Transformation and digital adoption consultant to organisations including Shell, Nike, ASML, Siemens, and Booking.com. I've helped 100,000+ employees move from digital hesitation to confident, everyday use of new tools.
My work sits at the intersection of technology and human behaviour. No tool succeeds until the people using it feel ready, supported, and clear on what's in it for them.
My Journey
My career began in media, where I learned to listen, really listen, to what people need, not just what they say they want. I brought that into internal communications, then into change management, and eventually into large-scale digital transformation.
After 15 years leading digital adoption programmes for global organisations across retail, energy, utilities, and technology, I founded Forward Transformation in 2019 to focus entirely on making digital change work for the humans at the centre of it.
I specialise in large-scale behavioural adoption: the kind that shows up in real usage data, reduced support tickets, and technology investments that finally deliver their promised return.
